I. Overview
The TRDL-9C Sulfur Determination Apparatus is suitable for measuring the total sulfur content in coal, coke, petroleum, and other substances in industries such as power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, and scientific research institutions. It complies with GB/T214-2007 "Method for Determination of Total Sulfur in Coal."
II. Features
1. The system is used to measure the sulfur content in combustible materials such as coal, coke, and petroleum.
2. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer and can also operate independently without the microcomputer.
3. Calibration during the experiment is convenient and intuitive. Laboratory personnel only need to weigh the sample, and the rest of the process is automatically completed by the machine.
4. Measurement results can be stored for a long time and can be queried and printed.
5. System operating temperature: Users can set the temperature between 600°C and 1150°C via software (1050°C for coal measurement, and 800°C can be selected for petroleum measurement).
6. The microcomputer and single-chip microcomputer system use a standard RS232 serial interface, featuring simple wiring, reliable transmission, long transmission distance, and low failure rate.
7. The single-chip microcomputer system is responsible for controlling the temperature of the high-temperature furnace, collecting measurement data, and transmitting the data to the main control microcomputer via a serial line. The microcomputer processes the data, and its coordination with the main program significantly improves the overall system performance.
8. The system integrates the high-temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air purification device, electrolytic cell, automatic sample feeding mechanism, and single-chip microcomputer control circuit into the same chassis, making the entire system aesthetically pleasing, compact, easy to place and connect, and simple to operate and maintain.
